The Shidler Journal presents concise, practical articles aimed at corporate law practitioners and other business professionals interested in emerging issues arising with respect to technology and commerce.
The Shidler Journal is a partnership between student editors and an Editorial Board comprised of faculty and practicing attorneys. This ensures that articles published in the journal are timely, relevant and informative.

For readers who follow the Bluebook's rules on source citations as provided by The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (17th ed.), cite to articles in the Shidler Journal of Law, Commerce & Technology according to Bluebook Rule 18.2.6(b), on page 140.
